Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping/Processing times:

We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. It is our goal to fulfill in-stock orders within one week but at times that may be longer.

Orders that contain a pre-order item will not ship until the pre-order is ready. If you'd like your other items immediately, please place separate orders.

International Policies:

We ship to everywhere except the United Kingdom. For UK customers we recommend utilizing a forwarding service such as Stackry.

Return Policies:

We accept returns within 45 days of item arrival for item defect only, as a rule. But if you have a problem with your item, or shipping please contact us and we will try to make it right.
