Do you need help with an order, or have a product question?

First, we ask that you please check the product page for the item you ordered, as it may already contain the answer to your question.

Second, if your question is about when a pre-order will ship, you can find the most up to date information on the product page, or on our shipping updates page.

Further notes about shipping:

Packages are picked up by USPS on Tuesdays and Fridays. (UPS varies.) If your package tracking is not showing movement, this may be why. Your order's label may have been printed, but is awaiting our next pick up date. Most often, we see new labels scanned within 48 hours of pick up.

If your package shows as delivered, but it is not yet to you, please give it 48 hours, and then contact the carrier to see if they can locate it, and contact us to let us know that you're working with the carrier to find the missing package. If they are unable to locate it, we will work with you to get it replaced.
